Maeve Woulfe (She/Her) is a transgender woman and a lifelong resident of the Rogue Valley who serves as the Executive Director of Rogue Trans, a nonprofit organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering the transgender, non-binary, and gender-diverse community across Southern Oregon. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership, Maeve brings both compassion and strategy to her work. She is deeply committed to ensuring that every individual in the community feels seen, affirmed, and supported—not just in moments of crisis, but in daily life. For Maeve, this work is not just a career, but a calling rooted in lived experience, empathy, and an unwavering belief that no one should ever have to navigate their journey alone.

As an advocate, Maeve embodies her core values of Honor, Love, Service, Humor, and Tenacity. She works tirelessly to build spaces where people feel safe to live authentically and are empowered to find and use their voices.
